By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Appointments

• All appointments must be confirmed in advance.
• You can book your appointment by calling, emailing, or using our online booking system.
• We recommend arriving on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full service. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you but may need to shorten or reschedule the service if it affects other appointments.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, we ask for a little courtesy with advanced notice to give other clients the opportunity to book.

• Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your appointment within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment time, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. This fee helps cover the time reserved for your service and ensures we can continue to provide top-quality service to all our clients.
• If you cancel more than 72 hours in advance, you will not be charged.
• No-show Policy: If you miss your appointment without notifying us, we may charge you the full price of the service.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us as early as possible.

3. Payments

• Payments are due at the time of service.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment options like Apple Pay and Google Pay.
• All services are subject to change based on the complexity and time required. If additional charges are necessary, we will discuss these with you beforehand.

4. Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers are available for purchase and are valid for the services stated on the voucher.
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be redeemed by the expiration date noted on the voucher.
• No change will be given for vouchers, but they can be used as partial payment for services.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Please ensure you inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or sensitivities you may have that could affect your treatment (e.g., reactions to certain hair products).
• If you are pregnant, nursing, or undergoing any medical treatments, let us know before we begin your service, as some treatments may not be suitable.
• We are committed to using high-quality, safe products. However, the results of hair colouring, treatments, and styling may vary depending on hair type and individual factors.

6. Product Recommendations and Use

• If you are recommended a hair care product during your visit, it is based on your individual hair needs. We encourage you to follow our product recommendations to maintain your results.
• Hair Love Artistry cannot be held responsible for adverse reactions from using products outside our recommendations.

7. Conduct in the Salon

• We ask that all clients respect the salon environment. Please refrain from using offensive language or disruptive behaviour. We strive to maintain a relaxing and comfortable space for all.
• Children must be supervised at all times in the salon.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

• We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website or provided upon request.
